Strega Sour

Made from almost 100 aromatic herbs, Strega is the Italian word for “Witch”. You’ll be under a spell after this!

Ingredients:

• Gin – 4 parts
• Strega – 2 parts
• Lemon Juice – 2 parts
• Slice of Lemon
• Ice

Method:

1. Combine the gin, strega and lemon juice.
2. Shake vigorously over ice until well frosted.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
5. Serve.
