This really is in a class all of its own.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 6 parts
• Ice cubes
• Dry Vermouth – 2 parts
• Sweet Vermouth – 2 parts
• Benedictine – 1/2 tsp

Method:

1. Add a few ice cubes into a mixing glass.
2. Pour all the liquid ingredients and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Serve chilled.
