And, indeed, Why Not? This is one that will warm the cockles of your heart.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 4 parts
• Peach Brandy – 2 parts
• Noilly Prat – 2 parts
• Lemon Juice – 2 dash
• Cracked Ice
• Lemon Peel

Method:

1. Add lemon juice over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Pour the gin, brandy and Noilly Prat.
3. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
5. Serve.
