What the Dickens?

A simple combination that would have kept you warm even in the chilly fog of Dicken’s London.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 4 parts
• Hot Water
• Icing Sugar – 3 tsp
• Lemon Peel

Method:

1. Pour the gin into a heatproof glass.
2. Add sugar and stir well.
3. Top up with hot water.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
5. Serve.
