This well-iced cocktail will soon relax you and take away all the stresses of the day.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 2 parts, iced
  • Green Chartreuse – 1 part, iced
  • Lime Juice – 1 part, chilled
  • Dash Pastis, iced
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Ice Cubes – crushed
  • Lime Wedge

Method:

  1. Combine and stir all the liquid ingredients over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a small cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  4. Serve.
