Jockey Club Special


A short cocktail with a good kick in its tail, but you can mellow it by serving on the rocks if you prefer.


  • Gin – 1/2 part
  • Crème de Noyaux – 1/4 part
  • Lemon Juice – a small dash
  • Orange Bitters – 1 dash
  • Angostura Bitters – 1 dash
  • Lemon Wedge


  1. Mix all the liquid ingredients over ice.
  2. Strain into a small cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
  4. Serve.
