The classic combination of gin and Noilly Prat is sweetened with grenadine and a serious kick of absinthe.


  • Dry Gin – 1 part
  • Noilly Prat – 1 part
  • Grenadine – 4 dashes
  • Absinthe – 4 dashes
  • Ice
  • Lemon Juice


  1. Combine all the ingredients, except lemon juice, over ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Add a tsp of lemon juice on top.
  5. Serve.
