This version of the Martini uses equal measures of gin and dry vermouth.
Ingredients:
- Gin – 4 parts
- Dry Vermouth – 4 parts
- Ice
- Cocktail Olive
Method:
- Shake the gin and vermouth vigorously over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an olive.
- Serve.
