This will go down like silk, especially with the velvety addition of the peach puree instead of the more usual peach schnapps.
- Gin – 2 parts
- Brandy – 1 part
- Peach Puree – 1 part
- Sweet Vermouth – a splash or two
- Slice of Peach
- Combine and shake the gin, brandy,peach puree and vermouth over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into an iced martini glass.
- Garnish with a peach slice.
