Bellini Martini

This will go down like silk, especially with the velvety addition of the peach puree instead of the more usual peach schnapps.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 2 parts
  • Brandy – 1 part
  • Peach Puree – 1 part
  • Sweet Vermouth – a splash or two
  • Ice
  • Slice of Peach

Method:

  1. Combine and shake the gin, brandy,peach puree and vermouth over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into an iced martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a peach slice.
  4. Serve.
