A stunningly pretty cocktail for blues fans who love the rich flavours of Lillet, a French aperitif made from red or white wine fortified with Armagnac, herbs and fruit.

Ingredients:

• Blue Curacao – 2/3 part
• Gin – 2/3 part
• Lillet – 1 part
• Crushed Ice
• Slices of Lime

Method:

1. Pour the blue curacao, gin and lillet into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until frosted.
3. Pour into a shallow cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of lime.
5. Serve.
