Yellow Chartreuse is slightly sweeter than green Chartreuse, so it does benefit from being really well chilled.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 1 part
  • Yellow Chartreuse – 1 part
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Shake the gin and Chartreuse over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass.
  3. Serve.
