Breakfast Cocktail Recipe

It is difficult to believe that anyone would actually have the stomach to cope with cocktails first thing in the morning – but then, for those who party all night and sleep all day, cocktail time coincides with breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 4 parts
  • Grenadine – 2 parts
  • Egg Yolk – 2
  • Cracked Ice

Method:

  1. Pour the gin and grenadine over ice in a shaker.
  2. Add the egg yolks and shake vigorously until well frosted.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Serve.
