Bird of Paradise Cooler Recipe

  • Gin – 4 parts
  • Lemon Juice – 2 parts
  • Grenadine – 2 tsp
  • Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp
  • Egg White – 2
  • Cracked Ice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Star Fruit Slice


  1. Combine and shake the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, sugar syrup and egg white vigorously over ice until well frosted.
  2. Pour it over a half-filled chilled tumbler with ice.
  3. Top up with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with a slice of star fruit.
  5. Serve.
