Don’t be too surprised that this is no simple gin – it has more than a little kick and lots of limey zing.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 2 parts, iced
  • Cointreau – 2 parts, iced
  • Cracked Ice
  • Lime Slices
  • Soda Water

Method:

  1. Add the gin, Cointreau and ice to a chilled, highball glass.
  2. Stir until well frosted.
  3. Squeeze the lime slices and drop it in.
  4. Top up with soda water.
  5. Serve.
