Don’t be too surprised that this is no simple gin – it has more than a little kick and lots of limey zing.
- Gin – 2 parts, iced
- Cointreau – 2 parts, iced
- Cracked Ice
- Lime Slices
- Soda Water
- Add the gin, Cointreau and ice to a chilled, highball glass.
- Stir until well frosted.
- Squeeze the lime slices and drop it in.
- Top up with soda water.
