- London Dry Gin – 4 parts
- Fruit Syrup – 1 part (fraise, rosehip or any other)
- Lemon Juice – 4 parts
- Dry Vermouth – 1 part
- Soda Water
- Lemon Peel
- Mix the gin, fruit syrup, lemon juice and vermouth over ice in a highball glass.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
