A serious drink, this could persuade you that you’d been given the third degree.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 4 parts
• Dry Vermouth – 2 parts
• Ice cubes

Method:

1. Pour the vermouth into a mixing glass over ice.
2. Pour the gin and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Serve.
