Diamond Head Recipe

Guaranteed to leave you with something a bit different from a clear head!


  • Gin – 8 parts
  • Lemon Juice – 4 parts
  • Apricot Brandy – 2 parts
  • Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp
  • Egg White – 2
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon Peel


  1. Combine and shake the gin, lemon juice, brandy, sugar syrup and egg white vigorously over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
  4. Serve.
