- Gin – 8 parts
- Lemon Juice – 4 parts
- Apricot Brandy – 2 parts
- Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp
- Egg White – 2
- Ice cubes
- Lemon Peel
- Combine and shake the gin, lemon juice, brandy, sugar syrup and egg white vigorously over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
