Cherry Fizz


A fizz used to be a morning drink, perhaps as a refresher. Add plenty of soda water to make this one as long as you like.


  • Gin – 1 1/2 parts
  • Cherry Brandy – 1/2 part
  • Kirsch – 6 dashes
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp
  • Ice cubes
  • Soda Water


  1. Combine the gin, brandy, kirsch, lime juice and sugar syrup.
  2. Pour over ice until well frosted.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  4. Top up with soda water.
  5. Serve.
