A fizz used to be a morning drink, perhaps as a refresher. Add plenty of soda water to make this one as long as you like.
- Gin – 1 1/2 parts
- Cherry Brandy – 1/2 part
- Kirsch – 6 dashes
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp
- Ice cubes
- Soda Water
- Combine the gin, brandy, kirsch, lime juice and sugar syrup.
- Pour over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top up with soda water.
