Pretty, but with a sting to its tail, this is a good party cocktail, because you can easily make several at once.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 1/2 part
  • Dry Vermouth – 1/2 part
  • Apricot Brandy – 1/2 part
  • Lemon Juice – a dash
  • Ice cubes – crushed
  • Dash of Grenadine
  • Lemon Peel

Method:

  1. Combine and shake the gin, vermouth, brandy and lemon juice over ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Just before serving, add the grenadine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
  5. Serve.
