A sinister looking drink until it has settled down – but don’t let that put you off because it tastes great and is very light and fruity.
Ingredients:
- Gin – 2 parts
- Passion Fruit Nectar – 2 parts
- Mango – 8 to 10 cubes
- Ice cubes – crushed
- Blue Curacao – 3 to 4 tsp
Method:
- Mix gin, nectar, mango and ice cubes in a blender.
- Process till smooth and frosted.
- Transfer to a cocktail glass or a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with blue curacao.
- Serve.
