The gin, fruit and cream make a nice long cocktail, and the pink syrup gently sinking through gives it that final touch of the exotic.
- Gin – 2 parts
- Peach Nectar – 4 parts
- Single Cream – 2 parts
- Ice cubes – crushed
- Strawberry Syrup – 1 part
- Combine and blend the gin, peach nectar and cream for 10 seconds.
- Pour into a long glass filled with crushed ice.
- Splash the strawberry syrup on top.
