Teardrop Recipe

The gin, fruit and cream make a nice long cocktail, and the pink syrup gently sinking through gives it that final touch of the exotic.


  • Gin – 2 parts
  • Peach Nectar – 4 parts
  • Single Cream – 2 parts
  • Ice cubes – crushed
  • Strawberry Syrup – 1 part


  1. Combine and blend the gin, peach nectar and cream for 10 seconds.
  2. Pour into a long glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Splash the strawberry syrup on top.
  4. Serve.
