Mother-in-Law’s Gin Recipe

Made up in advance so one need know how much gin you put in!


  • Gin – 10 parts
  • Orange Juice – 15 parts
  • Lemon Juice – 15 parts
  • Sugar Syrup – 4 parts
  • Egg White – 1, medium
  • Ice cubes
  • Tonic Water
  • Lemon Peel


  1. Combine and blend the gin, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a pitcher.
  2. Keep it in the fridge until required.
  3. Mix with the egg white and ice cubes in a blender until frothy.
  4. Pour into long chilled glasses.
  5. Top up with tonic water.
  6. Garnish with lemon peel.
  7. Serve.
