Made up in advance so one need know how much gin you put in!
- Gin – 10 parts
- Orange Juice – 15 parts
- Lemon Juice – 15 parts
- Sugar Syrup – 4 parts
- Egg White – 1, medium
- Ice cubes
- Tonic Water
- Lemon Peel
- Combine and blend the gin, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a pitcher.
- Keep it in the fridge until required.
- Mix with the egg white and ice cubes in a blender until frothy.
- Pour into long chilled glasses.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
