This low-alcohol fizz is very refreshing and can be made with almost any rich sweet fruit syrup. It’s especially good with home-made syrups.
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Icing Sugar – 2 tsp
- Egg White – 1 small
- Raspberry Syrup or Grenadine – 2 dashes
- Sloe Gin – 2 parts
- Ice cubs
- Soda Water
- Shake all the ingredients except soda water over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled long glass.
- Top up with soda water.
