Ruby Fizz

This low-alcohol fizz is very refreshing and can be made with almost any rich sweet fruit syrup. It’s especially good with home-made syrups.


  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Icing Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Egg White – 1 small
  • Raspberry Syrup or Grenadine – 2 dashes
  • Sloe Gin – 2 parts
  • Ice cubs
  • Soda Water


  1. Shake all the ingredients except soda water over ice until well frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled long glass.
  3. Top up with soda water.
  4. Serve.
