Alice Springs


This fruity cocktail, with a generous kick of gin, can be diluted to taste.


  • Gin – 6 parts
  • Grenadine – 1 tsp
  • Orange Juice – 2 parts
  • Lemon Juice – 2 parts
  • Soda Water
  • Angostura Bitters – 6 drops
  • Ice cubes


  1. Combine and shake the gin, grenadine, orange juice and lemon juice with ice until frosted.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass and top up with soda water.
  3. Sprinkle the angostura bitters.
  4. Serve.
