The caraway flavour of the kummel comes through strongest in this creamy combination, but do choose a good pure vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 2 parts
- Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 scoops
- Kummel – 2 parts
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until thick.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve.
