Nuts and fruit mixed with vodka need little but thorough icing to produce a great tasting cocktail.
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 2 parts
- Amaretto – 2 parts
- Coconut Cream – 1/2 part
- Pineapple Juice – 2 parts
- Ice cubes – crushed
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and process for 10 seconds till slushy and frozen.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve.
