Sherry and almond liqueur are the bases for this with an added kick of Vodka.

Ingredients:

• Vodka – 2 parts
• Sweet Sherry – 2 parts
• Amaretto – 2 parts
• Egg Yolk – 2
• Icing Sugar – 2 tblsp
• Ice cubes
• Nutmeg – grated

Method:

1. Combine vodka, sherry, amaretto, egg and icing sugar.
2. Shake well over ice until frosted.
3. Strain into a chilled wine glass and garnish with nutmeg.
4. Serve.
