This is Mexico’s version of the better-known Dutch Advocaat, a thick, yellow, custardy treat for the sweet-toothed.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk – 175 ml
- Chilled Milk – 150 ml
- Egg Yolks – 2
- Vanilla Extract – 1/8 tsp
- Vodka – 75 ml
- Cinnamon – 1/8 tsp
- Cinnamon Stick to garnish
- Reserve the cinnamon and mix all the other ingredients in a blender for 45 seconds.
- Strain and chill.
- Pour into glasses and dust with cinnamon.
