There is a long and honorable culinary tradition of seasoning pineapple with pepper and spices.
- Vodka – 4 parts
- Golden Rum – 2 parts
- Pineapple Juice – 8 parts
- Orgeat – 1 part
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Cayenne Pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Tabasco Sauce – 1/4 tsp
- Ice cubes – crushed
- Pour the vodka, rum, pineapple juice, orgeat and lemon juice in a shaker.
- Add ice cubes, cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass.
