Pepper Punch Recipe

There is a long and honorable culinary tradition of seasoning pineapple with pepper and spices.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka – 4 parts
  • Golden Rum – 2 parts
  • Pineapple Juice – 8 parts
  • Orgeat – 1 part
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Tabasco Sauce – 1/4 tsp
  • Ice cubes – crushed

Method:

  1. Pour the vodka, rum, pineapple juice, orgeat and lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes, cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Serve.
