Aloo ka Bharta

Ingredients:
250 gm boiled and mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onions
chopped green chillies to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tbsp mustard oil

Method:
Mix all the ingredients, reserving some coriander leaves for garnish.

Transfer on to a serving bowl, garnish with the coriander leaves and serve (cold or at room temperature).

well every thing is ok but i would like to know that should we not cook it or we are going to eat it without cooked potatoes ????????????????

it says to your taste, so i guess it could be one or even a thousand.
