Bellini, martini – it’s the sweet peachy ingredients that make all the difference.
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 2 parts
- Peach Schnapps – 1 part
- Peach Juice – 1 part
- Ice cubes
- Chilled Champagne
Method:
- Shake the vodka, schnapps and peach juice vigorously over ice cubes.
- Strain into a chilled goblet and top up with chilled champagne.
- Serve chill.
