Avalon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vodka – 3 parts
  • Pisang Ambon – 1 part
  • Apple Juice – 4 parts
  • Lemon Juice – 2 dashes
  • Lemonade
  • Red Apple Slices to garnish
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Pour the vodka, Pisang Ambon, apple juice and lemon juice into a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir well and top with lemonade.
  3. Garnish with red apple slices.
  4. Serve.

Note: Pisang Ambon is a Dutch banana-based liqueur.
