Champagne Lemon Granita

Sinfully slushy and utterly satisfying. No way to go wrong with this tangy one.

Ingredients:

  • Champagne – 4 ounces
  • Vodka – 4 ounces, citrus flavour
  • Lemon Sorbet – 8 scoops
  • Mint Leaves

Method:

  1. Blend the lemon sorbet in a blender, adding vodka slowly.
  2. Add the champagne and blend for 5 seconds.
  3. Pour this into a chilled highball glass.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Serve.
