- Champagne – 4 ounces
- Vodka – 4 ounces, citrus flavour
- Lemon Sorbet – 8 scoops
- Mint Leaves
- Blend the lemon sorbet in a blender, adding vodka slowly.
- Add the champagne and blend for 5 seconds.
- Pour this into a chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
