This refreshingly bubbly elaboration on the 1930’s classic Blue Monday with the signature orange-flavoured blue curacao is tarted up with sweet-and-sour.
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 1 1/2 ounces
- Blue Curacao – 1/2 ounce
- Sweet and Sour – 2 ounces
- 7 Up – 4 ounces, chilled
- Lemon Wedge
Method:
- Pour all the liquid ingredients except 7 Up into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Stir well.
- Top with 7 Up.
- Squeeze the lemon wedge into the drink and drop it in.
- Serve.
