How to Make Sake Martini Recipe

A float of heady plum wine naturally complements the sake in this stylishly sublime martini.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka – 2 ounces
  • Dry Sake – 1/2 ounce
  • Plum Wine – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Stir the vodka and sake in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Float the plum wine on top of the drink.
  4. Serve.
