The origins of the name Yellow Fever is unknown but this visually descriptive cocktail is so good that it deserves a more evocative title.
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 1 1/2 ounces
- Galliano – 1/2 ounce
- Pineapple Juice – 1 ounce
- Fresh Lime Juice – 1/2 ounce
Method:
- Shake the ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve.
