Inspired by the love of fresh ginger, this is a great way to infuse this Saketini with an abundance of pan-Asian flavor.
- Ginger-infused Vodka – 2 ounces
- Premium Sake – 1/2 ounce, chilled
- Orange Peel twist
- Stir the vodka in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Slowly pour the sake to float on top of the drink.
- Garnish with the orange peel twist.
