Ballet Russe Recipe

This drink is as pretty as a Tutu, and the blush of pink hides one zingy little cocktail. In the mood for something tall and fizzy? Strain it over ice in a highball glass and top with ginger ale to make an effervescent Russian Fizz.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka – 1 ounce
  • Crème de Cassis – 3/4 ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1 1/2 ounces
  • Fresh Lemon Juice – 1/2 ounce
  • Superfine Sugar – 2 tblsp

Method:

  1. Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve.
