Vodka Tonic Recipe

This clear, sparkling cooler is the perfect summer drink for those who also prefer their Martinis made with vodka instead of gin. The proportional balance of vodka to tonic can be altered as per taste but a couple of extra wedges of lime are a well-deserved bonus on a hot, humid day.

  • Lime Wedges – 3
  • Vodka – 2 ounces
  • Chilled Tonic Water – 4 ounces

  1. Rim a chilled highball glass with a lime wedge, and drop it in.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the vodka and top with tonic water.
  3. Squeeze the remaining lime wedges into the drink, and drop them in.
  4. Serve.
