A refined hint of anise from Galliano joins the potent tropical trio of rum, pineapple and lime. Swept up in the effervescence of champagne, this sleek combination will have you circling back for a second.


  • White Rum – 1/2 ounce
  • Galliano – 1/2 ounce
  • Pineapple Juice – 1/2 ounce
  • Lime Juice – 1/4 ounce
  • Grenadine – 1/4 ounce
  • Chilled Champagne – 4 ounces


  1. Shake all ingredients, except champagne, with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass or into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Slowly top with champagne.
  4. Serve.
