Jamaican Martini Recipe

This aromatic, spicy cocktail is energized by the rich island flavors of dark molasses and rum-based Tia Maria, which is made from Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee.

Ingredients:

  • Dark Jamaican Rum – 2 ounces
  • Tia Maria – 1/2 ounce
  • Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve.
