Tiger’s Milk Recipe

A rich elaboration on the classic milk punch, Tiger’s Milk blends the warm intensity of dark rum and brandy with cream and sugar for an enjoyable late-evening tipple. This eye-opener also comes in handy as a traditional hang-over remedy.

Ingredients:

  • Dark Rum – 1 ounce
  • Brandy – 1 ounce
  • Half-and-Half – 4 ounces
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Ground Nutmeg

Method:

  1. Shake the liquid ingredients and sugar vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled wineglass.
  3. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
  4. Serve.
