A velvety cocktail where Island breeze meets urban savvy melding banana, raspberry, lime and spiced rum.
- Captain Morgan Spiced Rum – 2 ounces
- Banana – 1/2, peeled and sliced
- Raspberries – 1/4 cup
- Fresh Lime Juice – 3/4 ounce
- Superfine Sugar – 1 tsp
- Lime Wheel – 1
- Fresh Raspberries – 2, for garnish
- Combine all the ingredients, except lime wheel and fresh raspberries, in a blender with 1/2 cup of ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lime wheel and raspberries.
