This thirst quencher contains all the elements of a great breeze with a floating whisper of anise, courtesy of the Galliano.
Ingredients:
- Light Rum – 1 1/2 ounces
- Apricot Liqueur – 1/2 ounce
- Pineapple Juice – 2 1/2 ounces
- Fresh Lemon Juice – 1/2 ounce
- Galliano – 1/4 ounce
- Orange Slice
Method:
- Pour all the liquid ingredients except the Galliano into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Stir well.
- Float the Galliano on top of the drink.
- Garnish with the orange slice.
- Serve.
