This sublime gold rum cocktail is warmed with apricot brandy and pineapple, lending a subtle fruitiness; a little lime juice adds the perfect amount of zing.


  • Gold Rum – 1 1/2 ounces
  • Apricot Brandy – 3/4 ounce
  • Pineapple Juice – 3/4 ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1/4 ounce


  1. Shake all the ingredients vigorously with rice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve.
