Casablanca Recipe

Envision this stylish little number being shaken and served at Rick’s Café as the sparks fly between Bogart and Bergman. The meeting of orange, sour cherry and lime with the mellow sweetness of light rum makes for perfect chemistry.

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum – 2 1/2 ounces
  • Cointreau – 1/2 ounce
  • Maraschino Liqueur – 1/2 ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1/2 ounce

Method:

  1. Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve.
