Bolero Recipe

This aromatic rum martini gets a splash of sophistication from Calvados, the fine apple brandy made in Normandy, France. If you don’t feel like splurging on a high-end aged Calvados, purchase a younger one.

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum – 1 1/2 ounces
  • Calvados (or Applejack) – 3/4 ounce
  • Ice Cubes
  • Sweet Vermouth – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve.
