You simply can’t go wrong with this sultry Latin twist on the sidecar, a classic mix of rich spirits with sweet orange liqueur and tart lime.
Ingredients:
- Light Rum – 1 ounce
- Cointreau – 1 ounce
- Fresh Lime Juice – 1 ounce
- Lime Twist
Method:
- Shake all the liquid ingredients vigorously with rice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Twist the lime peel over the drink and drop it in.
- Serve.
