Tequila Colada Recipe

For those who prefer Tequila over Rum, here’s a chance to enjoy a great colada. The surprisingly wonderful whisper of coffee from Kahlua adds richness and complexity to this tropical classic.

Ingredients:

  • Tequila – 1 1/2 ounces
  • Kahlua – 1/4 ounce
  • Pineapple Juice – 2 ounce
  • Cream – 3/4 ounce
  • Coconut Cream – 1/4 ounce

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  3. Serve.
